Refund policy

Return, Replacement & Digital Product Policy

This policy applies to physical products, digital downloads, software access, and related purchases made through this website.

Please review all product information, compatibility requirements, sizing details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Physical Products

Because physical products are made to order specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for most orders.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Accidental purchases

  • Colors appearing slightly different because of screen settings

  • Shipping delays outside our control

This policy helps reduce waste and allows products to be made specifically for the people who order them.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Your order number

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right by providing a replacement at no additional cost.

A refund may be offered when a replacement is not reasonably available.

Digital Downloads and Software

Digital products may include downloadable applications, installers, files, templates, prompts, guides, updates, activation codes, and other electronically delivered content.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded, accessed, activated, or delivered.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to review the product description

  • Failure to review system or compatibility requirements

  • Purchasing a Windows product for an unsupported operating system

  • Lack of available storage, computer performance, or required internet access

  • Deciding not to use the product

  • Difficulty using the product without first contacting support

  • Features that were not listed as included

  • Expected features that are still in development

  • Temporary bugs or limitations disclosed as part of an Early Access or Beta release

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the published system requirements before downloading or purchasing software.

The current software release may support only the operating systems specifically listed on the product page. Purchasing or downloading the software for an unsupported device or operating system does not qualify the purchase for a refund.

The software may require sufficient storage, compatible hardware, internet access for certain functions, and permission to install applications on the customer’s computer.

Early Access and Beta Software

Software identified as Early Access, Beta, preview, testing, or pre-release software is still being developed.

Early Access users understand that:

  • Some features may contain bugs

  • Controls and workflows may change

  • Features may be added, revised, or removed

  • Updates may temporarily affect existing workflows

  • Performance may vary between computers

  • Not every planned feature is available immediately

A bug, interface change, or unfinished feature does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund when the Early Access status was disclosed before purchase.

We encourage customers to report problems so they can be reviewed and addressed.

Trial Access

When a free trial is offered, customers should use the trial period to evaluate the software, test compatibility, and determine whether it meets their needs before purchasing or activating continued access.

Failure to use the available trial does not create eligibility for a refund after paid access begins.

Trial availability, duration, included features, and eligibility may change. Unless otherwise stated, each customer is limited to one trial.

Download and Installation Problems

Customers experiencing problems downloading, installing, launching, or activating a digital product should contact support before requesting a refund.

We may ask for information such as:

  • The product or software version

  • The operating-system version

  • A screenshot of the error

  • The steps taken before the problem occurred

  • Confirmation that the published system requirements are met

We will make a reasonable effort to help resolve confirmed technical problems.

A replacement download link, updated installer, corrected file, or other technical solution may be provided when appropriate.

Defective or Inaccessible Digital Products

Please contact us promptly if:

  • A download link does not work

  • A delivered file is corrupted

  • The wrong digital product was delivered

  • An activation code provided by us is invalid

  • A confirmed product defect prevents the product from functioning as described

When the issue is confirmed, we may provide:

  • A corrected file

  • A replacement download

  • A new activation code

  • Installation assistance

  • A software update

  • Another reasonable solution

A refund may be considered when a confirmed material defect prevents the product from functioning substantially as described and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution.

Activation Codes and Account Access

Activation codes, license credentials, membership access, and account access may not be shared, transferred, resold, published, or distributed unless written permission is provided.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address and account information during purchase or activation.

Access may be suspended or revoked when there is evidence of:

  • Unauthorized sharing

  • License circumvention

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Redistribution of protected files

  • Violation of the applicable terms of use

Membership and Recurring Payments

When software access is connected to a membership or recurring payment, cancellation stops future renewal charges unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation does not normally create a refund for a billing period that has already started.

Customers remain responsible for canceling before the next renewal date when they do not want the membership to renew.

Any separate membership cancellation, billing, or refund terms shown during checkout also apply.

Updates and Future Features

A purchase includes only the features, access, files, or services described as included at the time of purchase.

Mentions of planned updates, future tools, a Mac version, mobile support, integrations, or other upcoming features are not guarantees of a specific release date.

Future features may require:

  • A software update

  • A different operating system

  • A separate purchase

  • A qualifying membership

  • An upgraded access level

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchasing the current product does not guarantee access to every future product or feature.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing an order for a physical product.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

If a package is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Packages Marked Delivered

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with:

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Building management

  • The local delivery location

  • The shipping carrier

Please complete those steps before contacting us.

Chargebacks

Customers should contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve an issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel a software license, membership obligation, or other agreement. Access associated with a disputed payment may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Questions or Problems

Please contact us if something does not seem right with your physical order, digital download, software installation, or account access.

Although we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges outside the circumstances described in this policy, we will review legitimate problems and make a reasonable effort to help.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, software, services, or business operations.

The most current version will always be available on our website.

By placing an order, downloading a product, activating software, or using a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
